You should buy the "axp 90 full black". It is full copper, nickel coated black (looks not complete black, just dark), 47mm high and comes with both amd/intel bracket. You shouldn't choose "axp90x53 full black", it is 53mm high, it will cause turbulence noise because space beetween fan and side panel is only 2mm (although it still fits). 5 level 2

Thermalright AXP-90 vs Alpenföhn Blackridge. At the moment I’m running a build in a K39 case (47mm clearance for the CPU cooler) with a Ryzen 5 3600 and Alpenföhn Blackridge to cool it. I swapped the fan to a Noctua NF-A9x14 and temps are fine, however the pitch of the fan is a bit whiny, so I’d like to swap it for a Noctua A12x15 (120mm).

Noctua L9x65 was decent in the short term bursts; however, in the long term usage, it proved to be a worse contender than the Thermalright AXP 90. This might be due to the better thermal conductivity of the all copper heatsink of the AXP 90. The Scythe Shuriken was surprisingly better despite not being all copper.
