Measure 1 inch above the pet door frame in the patio panel, and mark the door frame. We recommend having someone hold the panel in place when drilling. Slide the patio panel to the side to prevent drilling through in the next step. Drill holes through the 4 marks on the door frame using the 9/64 inch drill bit.

Dec 21,  · Everyone probably knows this, but the Freedom Panels are supposed to be removed and replaced in a certain order. Removal: driver's side first, then passenger side. Replacement: passenger side first, then driver's side. I was told that they don't seal correctly if not replaced in that order.
